I will be emailing everyone who has joined the LJDF Owners Group, but as there are other purchasers who have not necessarily joined, I thought it would be useful to do a poll on what type of rental scheme you would prefer.

Rental Pool - Owners have limited use of property for up to a maximum of 10 weeks (and say 2 weeks in peak period).

Combination - An example would be owner rents April to October but has unlimited use from November to March. Take second priority to the main rental pool.

Flexible - Bookings may be made by the owner, the on-site rental management company or another rental company - ideal for owners who require use of their property in the holiday season and at short notice. Take third priority to the Rental Pool and Combination Plan.

difficult question unless i understand what is meant by second and third priority. however, as its a poll and not an absolute commitment, my answer is:

FLEXIBLE!

its always a good idea to keep options open and have freedom of choice!!!!
