I have heard from my solicitors, BCP, regarding the planning permissions and they report as follows:

Verbal authorisation has been given but they are still awaiting written authorisation. They have spoken yesterday to the Ministry of Tourism and although building license has not yet been given, they are due to send a report of the meeting where they verbally agreed to its authorisation

VVT8
Still waiting a decision from the authorities but verbally, they confirm that they will not have problems.
