IT HAS ALL GONE QUIET ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF VVT 8 VILLAS.

HAS ANYONE GOT ANY NEWS ON THE PROGRESS/START OF CONSTRUCTION, ETC.?

The final building licence has not yet been granted.

I had an email on Thursday from Saffron Villas stating that the licences had been granted verbally and PL had been given permission to prepare the land. PL will be issuing second payment invoices within the month and payment will be expected 7-14 days after we receive the invoice.

Has anyone else heard anything?

PL will have some serious cash flying their way then, with the second payments of RT7 and VVT8 in and around the same time frame

I bit worrying at the moment, the exchange rate will cause a significant effective price rise to all those caught up in the delay.

PL said today that they have received verbal confirmation for the licences but have yet to receive the paperwork but expect to do so shortly when the offices reopen after the festive period.
