Hi has anyone got any further news/updates on the greens?
the last pictures I can find is April 08,has anyone got completetion dates etc?

Hi David,

The last update we had was last week when we spoke to Azur and they have assured me that new pictures will be on the website this week.

I have also been informed that completion will be in 3 stages from the middle to end of January onwards. I have not yet had confirmation from my solicitors about what constitutes full completion so if you have any thoughts let me know?

Any more questions or ideas let me know?

I have also posted a blog on this site to start a Greens buyers group with very little response?

Hi Daniel,thanks for the info...I'm not an IT person so i dont know what a blog is but i would be keen to join any sort of group to make sure all buyers have a smooth handover with no problems.

The only questions i have at the moment are:

A) when the completion date is
B)what is the process/cost
C)can we pick end finishings
D)Can we make alterations to finishings
E)any extra cost for hot tubs
F)any extra cost for TV's in rooms and other "stuff"

Apart frpm A+B they are all sort of personnel questions Daniel

we're currnetly receiving letters/communications via solicitors that tell us to expect completion from January next year. This isn't looking very likely from what we can see however we would appreciate any additional input from other owners/buyers on the Greens?
