Has anyone who is buying on RT2 completed yet? Or at least had any communication from PL? On the last update we had it was due to be finished this month?

Are there any RT2 purchasers on this forum who can comment on the progress of this development please?

I'm myself an owner of RT2. I'm trying to get some feedback on the status from PL but without success.
I wonder also about the content of the agreement between Best Western and Property Logic, as I don't see how Best Western will "manage" without an agreement with the owners.
As somebody any news?

I am also worried at the lack of news coming from the developers! Suzanne was to come back with news on a meeting with Sean at PL but we are still waiting for news?

I had a long telephone discussion with Sean Cusak.

In short, Property Logic slowed down works in 2008 because:
- they were expecting their british clients to face some payment problems (fall of British pound) if PL was to deliver quickly
- they faced problems with banks, unable to release money on previously agreed borrowings (due to credit crunch)
- the infrastrucures of Saidia are also late and PL didn't want to deliver a resort with little facilities around

RT2 is among the most advanced LJDF properties and should be delivered in March/April 2010. Works are supposed to have resumed but at a slow pace. Can anybody confirm that?

Best Western is already on site, recruiting, training and putting things in place for proper management.
