WORLDHOTELS, the group for independent hotels worldwide, has signed a management agreement with Property Logic, to create a luxury golf resort in Le Jardin de Fleur, Mediterrania Saïdia in Morocco. With this partnership, the resort will become known as the WORLDHOTELS.HomesSuites - Saïdia. It is scheduled to open in 2011.
The resort features 125 Moroccan poolside villas located around a golf course in Mediterrania Saïdia on the Mediterranean coast of northern Morocco. All villas comprise three bedrooms with their own private pools and stunning views of the golf course. On site, guests can enjoy the restaurant and bar of the clubhouse, as well as an outdoor lagoon pool, an indoor pool, gym, tennis course, mini golf and an amphitheatre for entertainment and social events.
Located on the northeast coast of Morocco just 30 minutes from Oujda airport, Mediterrania Saïdia, dubbed the new Côte d’Azur, is predicted to attract thousands of tourists seeking year-round sunshine, water sports and designer shopping with modern Moroccan luxury. Known as the “blue pearl” of Morocco, it boasts six kilometers of superb beaches, three 18-hole golf courses and a new marina for 1.300 berths.
Robert Hornman, Vice President at WORLDHOTELS, comments on the partnership:
“This agreement with Property Logic marks an exciting new era for WORLDHOTELS. We already have a very strong presence in Europe with 500 affiliated hotels and resorts throughout the world. It therefore makes natural sense for WORLDHOTELS to sign management and marketing agreements with developers, such as Property Logic.”
Joop Huisman, Managing Director at Property Logic, states:
“We have chosen to partner with WORLDHOTELS as we share a common vision for the success of the new destination of Mediterrania Saïdia. We believe that the WORLDHOTELS brand is a perfect fit for Le Jardin de Fleur, as our mission is to offer a new concept in luxury tourism developments on the Mediterranean
