I purchased an apartment on the greens. Completion has been pushed back again until march 2010. I would like to talk to others in the same position. All the forums I find are very dated. What do people think? Is this still a wise investment? Does the delay in handover breech the contract in any way that we could receive our deposits back? Is their any possible re-sale opportunity at the moment? Has anyone visited the development recently? mortgages etc. etc. I would just really like to hear other peoples opinions and experiences about our investment here. Steve
